| The Inland Library System (ILS) is a public library cooperative serving nineteen member libraries in Riverside, San Bernardino and Inyo Counties in Southern California. San Bernardino Inyo Riverside Counties United Library Services (SIRCULS) is a multi-type library cooperative with non-public library members. These cooperatives are supported with membership fees and state funds provided by the California Library Services Act (CLSA). System services are provided to member libraries only. |
