Administrative Council (AC)
The Administrative Council is comprised of the directors of each ILS library. The administrative council is charged with providing leadership to the Inland Library System and to oversee the work of the ILS staff.

Adult Services (ADSERV)
The Adult Services Committee strives to be proactive, innovative, influential and relevant in its service to member libraries; to generate new ideas and efficiencies that will further the goals of adult services; and to support professional development and training in the area of reference and technology services, readers advisory, and programming for adult services professionals and paraprofessionals to better serve our colleagues and public.

Children's Services Committee (CSC)
The Children's services Committee is charged with working to improve children's services in all member libraries through cooperative efforts.

Literacy Committee
The Literacy Committee seeks to communicate, collaborate and educate to meet the needs and interests of member libraries, to share strategies for the recruiting, training and continuing support of literacy program participants, and to develop joint efforts for the mutual support of member libraries.

Young Adult Committee (YA)
The Young Adult Committee seeks to improve services to young adults in all member libraries through cooperative efforts, to promote the recognition of the value of young adults, and to assure their right to quality library service.
