SIRCULS LIBRARIES

The San Bernardino Inyo Riverside Counties United Library Services (SIRCULS) is a multi-type library cooperative. This cooperative is supported with membership fees and state funds provided by the California Library Services Act (CLSA). 

Member libraries have agreed to cooperate in their efforts to locate, deliver and share resources to provide quality library service. Member libraries are connected with telecommunications equipment and a delivery system so materials may be shared among member libraries. Many members of the SIRCULS network also belong to Inland Empire Academic Libraries Cooperative (IEALC) or the Inland Empire Medical Libraries Group (IEMLG).
