SIRCULS INTERLIBRARY LOAN MANUAL

The SIRCULS office (located at UCR) is the hub of the System’s interlibrary loan (ILL) service. The purpose of this manual is to explain and facilitate the interlibrary loan  procedures of the SIRCULS office and the ILS/SIRCULS network. It is designed to help you serve your customers by providing information on how to best use the SIRCULS interlibrary loan service in an efficient and timely manner.

Included in the manual is basic information on the Inland Library System and SIRCULS; ILS and SIRCULS directories; procedures for the SIRCULS ILL office; System delivery; ILL, delivery and OCLC codes; SIRCULS forms and labels, and members’ interlibrary loan policies.
